Payment & Delivery
Orders are processed only after full payment. Final delivery or service execution is done once payment is completed.
Refund Policy
No refunds once work has begun or has been delivered. We fix bugs for free if they are part of the original service.
Ownership
Clients own the deliverables after full payment. We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.
Support
Support is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (excluding holidays), and includes bug fixes but not custom features.
